We traveled to Halls Gap and experienced the amazing walks, climbs, views, and peace. On our return we ran a Knit a Care Square session for the Kaniva community who are regular contributors. What a great day!

The plane flight with the views and vistas over the terrain between SA and Alice Springs was amazing. We learnt a lot during this experience that we’d love to share.
Tasmania
Our trip to Tasmania, brought our Heart Based Living to life. We enjoyed the beautiful natural environment and combined it with regular nature walks, sensing, noticing and lots of discovering. It was great to begin sharing more about this Heart Based Living approach.
