Find Your Way, Part 17… Finding your heart space

As the research now shows, it is the heart that has the power. So how do you get into the heart space, where heart coherence is possible? As this space can be felt by you – your whole self (your HMBS, heart, mind, body, spirit), it is only you who can sense when that exists. And once you feel it, it opens the door to something different, something you may never have known about you or life. It is where you begin the discovery of what exists beyond the conditioning you once based your existence upon.

Find Your Way, Part 16… Emotions

Our emotions provide us with clues to what is happening in our lives, however it may not be as it seems. It is not about whether an emotion is positive or negative. It is more about how that emotion came about. Is it based on your mind and ego’s interpretation of the world, or is based on the your heart’s view? Find Your Way, Part 14… Heart, Light, Love

We each have very unique needs, based on the circumstances we have faced. Over time, if those needs are not provided for, our HMBS (heart, mind, body, spirit) may be at risk. Unfortunately we are rarely aware of our tipping points. We don’t know how close we are to any aspect of our HMBS breaking down in some way. That’s the reason we focus on moments, rather than ‘trying’ to break down a system. From more moments of benefit, there is a true possibility of changing our trajectory.

Find Your Way, Part 12… Mind-Based Systems

Systems are built from the actions and decisions of people, hence they reflect the patterns that people have arrived at over the years. As more people have become separated from the wonders and care for the natural world, the decisions being made, come with different agendas. For so long, we have been sold ways to improve our systems, however as we are beginning to see, there is often more harm being produced that benefits. We are definitely in times, where it is up to each of us, to look for those signs, and know we can do things differently.

Find Your Way, Part 8… Evolution

We can draw from the process of evolution to explain how our patterns and societies have developed. In our attempt to survive the challenges we have faced, we have adapted. In the last decades, the rate of our evolution has sped up, leaving us moving in trajectories that are placing both the planet and humans, in harm. However the path of our evolution is not locked in. Let’s begin to see how our evolutionary path can lead to better care and love for our planet and people.
