Many of our patterns and ways have led to behaviours that have become normalised over time. As we better understand how they have come to ‘feel normal’ even though they are doing us harm, we may feel more inclined to do things differently.

Data and statistics can help us to see the overall trends that are emerging. Trends are helpful to draw from, as they are based on actuals rather than opinions that rarely hold more of the overall situation. As we collate more data and statistics, we will be adding to this section.

We can draw from our past to better understand where we arrived today. As we have evolved, our minds have developed in ways that are both helpful and potentially harmful. We have explored many common patterns (we call ‘red’ behaviours) that are leading to the harm. What are your thoughts on this?

We can draw from the process of evolution to explain how our patterns and societies have developed. In our attempt to survive the challenges we have faced, we have adapted. In the last decades, the rate of our evolution has sped up, leaving us moving in trajectories that are placing both the planet and humans, in harm. However the path of our evolution is not locked in. Let’s begin to see how our evolutionary path can lead to better care and love for our planet and people.

It is evident that what we have experienced in our past, still influences our choices today. As we better notice the voices that fuel our beliefs, we can see how we have developed a range of patterns that keep us repeating stories and versions from the past. As you begin to notice what you are drawn to, you may be surprised by what hear and see.

We begin to see more, when we tune in through our senses to what we feel from our heart, mind, body, spirit HMBS. Pain provides us with clues that can direct us with what to explore and act upon. As humans we have a wonderful ability to use our HMBS information to guide our lives differently.

How do you begin to see, what you can’t see? When you don’t believe something, it can affect what you are able to see. As you shine the light on discrepancies, it may lead you to question and explore a different version, that may have you open up to see things differently. Observing from a distance, may open you up to explore, so that you may begin to see something you couldn’t see before.

So often we don’t realise what lies within us. Often that is because we may never have realised that we can actually do things differently. What’s more we may not yet see, the value or importance of what we have to bring. This is part of the trickery we have been exposed to, that has taken off course. By bringing balance to all our parts, our heart, mind, body, and spirit HMBS, you will see how life changes.
