The City Library in Adelaide, is running 3 Heart-Based Living sessions. The first was about self-care. It covered heart-based alternatives that can be very helpful in making other choices that feel good for the whole body.

Our trip to Tasmania, brought our Heart Based Living to life. We enjoyed the beautiful natural environment and combined it with regular nature walks, sensing, noticing and lots of discovering. It was great to begin sharing more about this Heart Based Living approach.
