Keep Moving… swap to press ups

This 21 day challenge gets your upper body involved! We’re aiming for 100 (they say reach for the stars to land on the moon!) and any amount to that number is a step! I’ve worked out my kitchen is a great workout room! Look forward to seeing you in the group… It’s a great way of changing a habit, moving more and I’m sure there are more positives to arrive from that!
