This 21 day challenge is about using as many opportunities to walk more. The evidence says at a minimum to reach 10,000 steps a day and by calculation… that means for every hour of the 16 waking hours – if you walk for about 5 minutes, then you’ll be close. How great is that… It’s really achievable. And what’s more you can vary a basic walk to have a bit of fun with it… We did.
