Remember we have established our own personal ways of surviving to get closer to what we want.
Sometimes those approaches may bring us what we set out to gain, and sometimes they don’t.
Often, they ’cause a bit of damage’ along the way.
What do we mean by damage?
We mean, that the approach may negative affect other things such as; relationships, self esteem, motivation, stress, worry, frustration and others.
None of these are in fact conducive to the ‘feel good, do good’ we use as our wellbeing measure.
