What are you doing to stay fit for life, to do the things you love? No matter what age or stage of life you are in, when you give your body the exercise that works for it, your function improves!

We are all different, and when we get to know ourselves better, we can truly make a difference in how we can experience life.

Not long ago, I realised that I once did pushups easily, which was so helpful for my upper body strength. It triggered me to slowly reintroduce them into my every day.

The body has a memory, so it was great to climb my way back which has felt great, as I am able to do more things that matter to me, with more ease.
