Tricia La Bella’s career started in the fitness industry as an athlete, trainer and educator at TAFESA and during that time, she recognised the wonderful benefits from being fit and also realised there was so much more to wellbeing.

Unexpectedly in 2006, she was diagnosed with cancer. This was a turning point, that led her to pursue her passion and career in the area of wellbeing.

Through personal practice and further study in areas of health counselling, life coaching and Breath Therapy, Mindfulness and many other disciplines, she continues this life-long learning.

In 2013, after taking time away from her professional life to support her husband as he faced a cancer challenge, she combined narratives (short stories) around their personal situation (and the insights and findings that turned her life around), into a self-published book titled 22:44 Our Hidden Gift.

It was the beginning of a whole new wellbeing approach.

The approaches underpin the workshops, programs and services, she now brings to Real Time Enhancements.

Tricia is passionate about making real change, which explains the engaging, hands on and practical, visible approach when gathering groups and working with individuals.

She sees there is not a ‘silver bullet’ to the wellbeing and human connection solution; and shows value of being an ongoing ‘learner’ and to creating a wellbeing ecology that is sustainable and stands up to the ever-changing new ‘climates’ we face.

It is an approach, where a commitment to small and positive contributions to a range of aspects; physical, mental, emotional, social, interpersonal and environmental, builds capacity over time.

With this self-directed, small step, can do approach, it is from the positive and heart felt results, that the self motivation, confidence and engagement, is activated.

Fundamentally there are a few principles that drive the approach.

  • Each person is their own expert
  • Each person is resourced
  • Each person chooses their next steps
  • Human connection & wellbeing is the ‘glue’ that leads to better influence.
  • Universal time has different plans than our own time lines.

The tool that brings this as a process, is named the Vision Web®; create a vision for what you want -build a web of connections to get your there.
