Share your ‘Acts of Difference’

This Blog Page is for you to share your small acts of difference, that reflect movement towards a new way of life, based on ‘holonomy’.

Holonomy reflects a truth, that each person (you and others) is unique and brings something unique to the ecology of the whole; whether it is the whole world, organisation, system, environment. In this, you are both an individual and part of something larger.

An example of this concept can be seen in the fascinating story about the reintroduction of wolves into Yellowstone National Park. You may like to view this video that gives insight into this concept.

Holonomy, comes with the freedom to live your life authentically, and leave the space for others to do that too.

In a world and times that has denied us of this freedom for many reasons, we have seen how this fundamental principle, steers different choices and actions that more naturally re-balances and improves your well-being, happiness, your purpose.

This and other Real Time Heart-Based principles, help navigate your moments towards actions that matter; away from the usual noise and ‘stream’ of activity, that often leaves you feeling unhealthy, unhappy and unresolved.

These principles underpin our own approaches with what we do.

We know that every action from this shift, ripples out to many and has impact to positively influence the overall care of ourselves, others and the planet.

More than ever, we see that your voice and actions matter.

We invite you to share your experiences with your own shifts and acts of difference, on our safe, add free and interactive platform, to share. Connect, discover, inspire and feel inspired with others.

After Trump’s victory in the US elections, I realised my feelings about him as a person, clouded my openness and view of what many people in America could see. It was the first time, I engaged in conversations and asked questions to seek better understanding, ‘I wonder why they voted that way?”what was the attraction?’ ‘what was important to them?”what is the learning from this?’
