Our Policies and Governance Statements
The statements we make on this page guides the way we operate including our terms and conditions.
Our Values and Approaches
Our values are based on caring for the self, others and the environment (planet), through:
- Deeper connection to the authentic self, others and the community
- Self-empowerment to freely move towards healing and thriving
- Transparency and integrity
Our approaches support our mission, vision and values by:
- Supporting people to break cycles and become freer of burdens
- Supporting people to invest their energy in what matters, not ‘fixing’ to ‘fit in’
- Enabling people to discover truly who they are and what they bring
- Taking the time for listening and noticing what matters
- Building Emotional Wisdom for healing, growth and self-empowerment
- Practicing self-care first and awareness towards improvement of the whole
- Practicing alternative ways to navigate the world, that brings care to you, others and the planet
Our Intention for Fairness, Transparency and Improvement
We provide contact forms throughout the site, where as a visitor or client, you can connect with us to provide feedback, notify us when products and services do not meet your needs or to request a specific response. In these cases we will consider the issue and respond with kindness as well as meeting any legal requirements.
For each situation which arises, we see the opportunity to consider deeply, review, learn, see things differently, respond and improve.
We monitor the progress and effectiveness of our approaches anecdotally, and through questionnaires / feedback.
These are reviewed by the founders regularly and actions are taken to improve where needed. The changes we make are transparent/publicly available via content on our website.
Additionally we share outcomes of community activities via social media e.g. Knit a Care Square, Walk and Talk. Our events are shared via our events calendar and are open to all towards improved well-being. Our free podcasts are also available to all.
