Here are some indoor moves for the week. A couple to do to break up the passive sitting action and a couple when you get up and move around.

Together with your usual activity, these few moves will bring in a few new muscles groups.

This weekly selection could be a nice morning and evening routine – a minute on each would mean a short 5-6 minutes.
