We’re always on the lookout for ways to move more within your every day…

And this one has really got us excited… WHY?

Firstly, the actual act of collecting water that you would normally let waste when reaching the ideal temperate, is great for the environment – SAVE OUR WATER…

Then…

Collecting the buckets with water, means it has weight… that is good for your bones (loading!!),

And when we keep the weight close to us, we can use the bucket while we do another move, our favourite, SQUATS…

And then a walk holding the weighted bucket, to do the next great thing…

Using what’s been gathered to water the plants!
