Hi everyone, in the Keep Moving Lifestyle Face Book group, we have a new 21 day focus. This is about using your deep abdominal muscles (for those who are technical it’s the TA – Transverse Abdominus!).
This muscle plays an important role in lots of things including maintaining good posture, supporting the back, aligning things better and of course keeping the belly held in a little more.
In fact giving some simple attention to this muscle can make a difference to every move you do through the day… So you’ll have lots of opportunity!
