Our Intention for Fairness, Transparency and Improvement

In these cases we will consider the issue and respond with kindness as well as meeting any legal requirements.
For each situation which arises, we see the opportunity to consider deeply, review, learn, see things differently, respond and improve.
We monitor the progress and effectiveness of our approaches anecdotally, and through questionnaires / feedback.
These are reviewed by the founders regularly and actions are taken to improve where needed. The changes we make are transparent/publicly available via content on our website.
Additionally we share outcomes of community activities via social media e.g. Knit a Care Square, Walk and Talk. Our events are shared via our events calendar and are open to all towards improved well-being. Our free podcasts are also available to all.
