How can understanding the wisdom of your body help settle an overwhelming mind?

Anne, an experienced yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher will guide you through simple yet highly effective ways to take better care of yourself.

The session will include guided meditations and reflections mixed with mindfulness tools and techniques designed to cultivate awareness and compassion toward yourself.
