If you are a regular exerciser or even if you’re not, Kay will suggest some things we can all do to keep moving while we are at home.
Your homes will be your everything, and you will be surprised how to keep moving and enjoy different ways of looking at things.
There is a ripple effect from the small things you bring to each day.
A pebble in a pond, the ripples radiate out far and wide.
So this time is about supporting others to stay well and safe.
This is about Friendship. Spirit.
In these challenging times, as a Community, let’s support each other as best we can.
This will be an interactive session. Share ideas and experiences and have some laughs along the way.
Learn, engage, fun and wellbeing all rolled into one!
