Creating Calm and Clarity allows you to find balance and connection with self. Working from home can have its challenges and this is online session to help you find balance and clarity during an uncertain time.
This is a hands-on session where you will touch base with where you are at the moment, access tools to navigate what is going on, and understand your own self-care strategies.
This session is on Wednesday 5pm ACST (Australian Central Standard Time) however more times may be available in some instances during COVID.
