  • discover/practice more effective relationships with others, and more truly approach/resolve potential conflict situations,
  • bring the genuine caring in a practical way for the self, others, the organisation and stakeholders leading to more empathy, inclusiveness and appreciation of diversity.

ii) further developing/coaching leaders to:

  • harness all of the emerging skills/abilities/caring of their empowered team,
  • improve, adapt and sustain the organisation and deliver value to stakeholders
  • facilitate this program within the organisation (optional).

Frequently Asked Questions about this Program
The program costs AUD$1,499.00 for leaders and AUD$529.00 for employees.

The pricing includes:

  • for employees, lifetime access to the online modules (including updates), a chat/forum and general monthly online facilitated sessions
  • for leaders: lifetime access to the online modules (including updates), a chat/forum and specific online facilitated sessions (in an agreed time-period) and opportunity to become a program facilitator for the organisation
  • group/team management feature: when paying for the program there is the choice to manage groups of employees and leaders enrolled in the program and monitor progress. Employees can enrolled manually or by importing a csv file.

‘Lifetime’ reflects how the online modules will be there to support you through transitions and changes in your life and for as long as we can sustain it on our platform.

The program is updated when ideas, feelings, feedback and new developments arrive from being tuned-in to what is happening around us.

The program is primarily delivered online with an approach tailored to match particular circumstances /needs. The key elements of the program includes:

Stage 1 – All staff (employees and leaders)

  • a questionnaire/survey with individual/aggregate results
  • experiential, self-paced micro-learning modules
  • regular support sessions
  • mentoring for internal facilitators*

Stage 2 – Leaders (nominated by the organisation)**

  • experiential, self-paced micro-learning modules
  • regular facilitated support sessions
  • opportunities to bring the growth and learnings to the organisation

Stage 3 – Nominated Leaders

This stage consists of facilitated sessions and coaching to bring it all together with a real organisational issue/priority to be worked on by Leaders and Team Members.

**Leaders may include; Board Members, Directors, CEOs, General Managers, Executives, Managers, Team Leaders, Employees and Suppliers/Contractors/other stakeholders.

Philosophy Behind the Program

This program recognises and acknowledges that universal and emotional intelligence (EI) based learning e.g. about life, relationships etc. is very different from other types of learning e.g. educations, tasks etc.

Emotional intelligence(EI)-based learning is individual and influenced by many factors including who you are, how you have arrived to this point with all you have experienced and all you feel and want deeply for your life.

The program emphasises the uniqueness of each person e.g. their heart, feelings, wants, choices around their path, their purpose, their life and their death.

It recognises also that a person does not need to be fixed, rather that you have what you need within your heart and it is to discover who you are, what you are about and how to bring that true, real, authentic you, to the caring of self, others and the environment.

For that reason outcomes and benefits are personal and unique.

The program provides experiential, organic and dynamic micro-learning opportunities.
